Upcoming Changes:

• Stairs were installed near the playground. Once the wood has seasoned, the plan is for it to be stained or painted. The hope is that it will allow everyone easier access up the hill to enjoy the pond.

• The old stone steps will be removed as they are a safety concern. The stone will be repurposed near the pond.

• Our new playground and mulch was installed this December!

• Discussed getting quotes for trimming trees at the pool and on private drive.

• Discussed possibly adding a sign to the entrance of the pool/clubhouse entrance once landscaping is done.

• Quotes for painting interior and exterior of clubhouse and pool/pump house
